About this field

A 2.5-acre secure field with 6ft fencing at Drointon, near Hixon, booked online from £9 for 45 minutes, up to four dogs.

K9 Pastures is a dedicated 2.5-acre dog field at Drointon in rural Staffordshire, between the villages of Hixon and Kingstone. The owners describe 6ft fencing all round, hedges along most of the boundary, a designated car park and dedicated dog waste bins. The grass is used by a local farmer, so they stress that dog waste must be picked up.

The field is hired exclusively for up to four dogs at a time and for training and recall work. A 45-minute booking costs £9 for one dog, £10 for two, £11 for three and £12 for four, and parking is limited to two vehicles. New customers first book an introductory visit online; a lock code is sent about three hours before each session.
