Needwood, Burton upon Trent
A securely fenced field on a Staffordshire sheep and beef farm with a woodland and shallow stream, booked online for £11 per 50 minutes.
Paws in the Park is a securely fenced dog field on Stockley Park Farm, a working sheep and beef farm at Needwood near Burton-on-Trent. The owners describe space to run, tunnels, agility equipment and logs at the top of the field, a picnic bench and a shelter, and a natural woodland with a shallow stream where dogs can paddle.
A session is 50 minutes for £11 for up to five dogs, booked and paid for online, and parking is limited to two spaces per visit. The woodland and stream area can be closed at short notice, for example for flooding, and there are no toilets. The home page calls the field private hire, but the FAQ answers no to whether the booking is exclusive, so check with the owners if privacy matters to you.
Prices are set by the field owner and can change. Confirm the price and what it includes when you book.
A confirmation email gives the code for the secure gate. Park inside the secure field, lock the gate with the coded padlock and also the extra padlock, and lock up again when you leave. The owners ask visitors to bring only vaccinated dogs on a worming programme.
Parking is available at the field.
The hire period is 50 minutes and starts on the hour. Opening hours are not listed.
