The dog field at Tuppenhurst Farm is part of a working farm on the edge of Armitage in Staffordshire, between Rugeley and Lichfield. The farm also runs a café and an equine arena. The field is hired for private use, so each booking has it to itself.
The owners describe 6-foot-high fencing on all sides and say the field suits dogs with recall issues, reactive or nervous dogs and new rescues. The ground is maintained grass, and there is agility equipment, free on-site parking and toilets in the café.
Sessions are booked online for 30 or 60 minutes, for up to 8 dogs, with the first dog included in the price and a small charge for each extra dog. The field is available every day from 6am to 8pm. A membership for Monday to Wednesday use is also offered.

Access and practical information
Getting in
The pedestrian gate is locked and the code is sent by email. Enter through the main farm entrance and follow the signs to the dog field and its parking. Two cars are allowed per booking. Dogs stay on leads until they are inside the field with the gates shut.
